In-Network
We are in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medical Assistance and Medicare.
Blue Cross Blue Shield
We are in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield. However, BCBS does not cover the "Muscle Testing" that is part of Applied Kinesiology. You pay this out-of-pocket at the time of your visit along with any co-pay.
Medical Assistance/MN Care
We are in-network providers for Medical Assistance/MN Care. They pay for Manipulation only. Most patients have a $3 co-pay that is collected at the time of service.
Medicare
We are in-network providers for Medicare. However, Medicare does not cover the "Muscle Testing" that is part of Applied Kinesiology nor does Medicare cover exams. You pay this out-of-pocket at the time of your visit. If you have a secondary insurance you will still pay for the muscle testing and exam as the secondary insurance only pays on what Medicare pays on.
Out-Of-Network
We are out-of-network for Medica and Health Partners. We can submit to your insurance as long as you have out-of-network coverage.
Medica
We are NOT providers. Medica pays the subscriber (Patient), therefore, we collect in-full at the time of service. You may choose our Front Desk option - You pay in-full at the time of service, get a no-paper discount, and submit your receipt for reimbursement from Medica. This is a popular option as you have received a discount on anything your insurance will not cover.
Health Partners
We are NOT providers, therefore, we collect in full until your deductible is met. After the deductible is met, we collect your co-pay. You may choose our Front Desk option - You pay in-full at the time of service, get a no-paper discount, and submit your receipt for reimbursement from Health Partners. This is a popular option as you have received a discount on anything your insurance will not cover.
